Inside are elastic bands to keep small accessories in place. On the sides are two pouches for pistol magazines or accessories of similar size. On the back of the carrying system is sewn another panel with hooks and loops to allow it to be attached to a vest or backpack.
The carrying system consists of straps with adjustable length attached with buckles.
