The Kevlar / carbon / composite pressure tank 300 bar with monovalve is a practical solution for users looking for a lighter alternative to traditional steel pressure cylinders without unnecessary compromises in durability or performance. Compared to standard steel tanks, these composite versions are approximately 60% lighter, making transport and everyday handling much easier.
The tank uses modern construction materials. The inner part consists of a seamless aluminum liner, wrapped in carbon fiber with epoxy resin. An outer fiberglass layer helps improve resistance to impact and abrasion during normal use. After thermal treatment, the surface is finished with an outer gel coating, creating a smooth and easy-to-clean finish. The final exterior finish consists of Kevlar fiber and clear lacquer.
The tank is rated for a working pressure of 300 bar, with a test pressure of 450 bar. The bottle thread for valve installation is M18x1.5, while the included monovalve uses the standard DIN G5/8" thread. The bottom of the tank is convex / rounded.
Thanks to its combination of low weight, modern construction, and high working pressure, this tank is a great choice for users who want a durable yet portable pressure solution.
